During the french school holiday periods : you are strongly advised to book your lessons in advance

SEASON’S OPENING DATES : From 15 December 2008 to 25 April 2009

PARTICIPATION : To take part in lessons, you should be in good health (contact us in individual cases), be suitably equipped and dressed for winter sports, and follow the instructions given by the instructor.

TEACHING STAFF : Our instructors and guides are professionally qualified, holding state diplomas in their disciplines. Participation is subject to their assessment of pupils’ physical capacity and attitude.

SAFETY : The instructors and guides will assess whether or not a programme may take place in the light of the weather, the snow conditions and the ability of the participants. All instructors have a radio link with the Piste Services and the central office of Arc Adventures-Ecole de Ski Internationale.

WEATHER CONDITIONS : Once l’Ecole de Ski Internationale has undertaken to run an activity, it will not be cancelled or postponed because of the weather nor will any refund or deferment be made.

INSURANCE : The cost of our lessons does not include insurance. We recommend that you take out Carré Neige when buying your lift pass and that you enquire about the cover that it provides.

BOOKING, ENROLMENT AND PAYEMENT : To enrol for lessons, book your place either at one of our offices in the resort or through our central booking office before your holiday. Enrolment is subject to availability and to acceptance by us.
In order to confirm your booking, the full cost of lessons is payable on reservation.
If you book through our central booking office less than 15 days before the start of your holiday, payment can only be made by credit card (payment without the presence of the cardholder) in order to confirm your reservation.
Once your payment has been received, your booking will be confirmed and a lesson card will be sent to you or made available for collection in the resort.
Your enrolment will be taken as your acknowledgement and acceptance of our general sales conditions.

CANCELLATION : As a matter of course and without exception.
- No refund or deferment will be made in the event of a course being withdrawn or cancelled.
- No refund will be made nor any alternative course offered in the event of a course being interrupted or not completed as a result of a lack of fitness or technique.
- No claim will be accepted and no refund or deferment will be made should the pupil be unable to attend lessons at the appointed hour and date, whatever the reasons.
- No refund can be made in the event of lessons being stopped for reasons beyond our control (stoppage of ski lifts, bad weather, safety reasons etc.)
- The instructors and guides reserve the right to modify any programme, with or without notice, to suit the weather or safety considerations, in which cases participants will not be entitled to any compensation.
- Lesson times may be varied according to the opening and closing times of the ski lifts.

NONE OF COURSE PRICES INCLUDE :
- Insurance
- Lift passes (except “Ski Plus Debutant”)
- Equipment (except “Ski Plus Debutant”)
- Lunch (except “Stage Ski Compétition Enfants”)
